By using machinefriendly.com or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

Services

MachineFriendly provides website migration services and digital products. The scope of each migration project is defined individually per engagement.

Migration Services

• Project scope, timeline, and pricing are agreed upon before work begins
• You own the code we produce for your project
• We retain the right to use general techniques and non-proprietary code across projects
• Maintenance and ongoing development are billed as agreed in your service plan

Free Products

Free products (such as VoiceType) are provided "as is" without warranty. We may update, modify, or discontinue free products at any time.

Intellectual Property

• Migration clients own their custom code upon full payment
• The MachineFriendly brand, website content, and tools remain our property
• You may not resell our tools or services without written permission

Limitation of Liability

MachineFriendly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. Free products carry no liability.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to active clients.
